By downloading or using Mystic Lens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
For entertainment only. Mystic Lens is a fortune-telling app. Its readings are generated for amusement and are not advice of any kind. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance, and it must not be relied upon as such.
What the app does
Mystic Lens photographs your face, measures it on your device, and combines those measurements with astrological calculations to compose a daily reading. Readings are deterministic entertainment: the same face on the same day produces the same reading. They are not predictions, and they have no predictive validity.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mystic Lens.
Subscription terms
Your first reading is free. After that, a Mystic Lens Pro subscription is required for daily readings and the oracle's full voice.
New subscribers start with a 7-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically at the price of the plan you chose, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The free trial is offered once per Apple Account, and eligibility is determined by the App Store.
- Monthly — US$12.99 per month, after the free trial.
- Yearly — US$99.99 per year, after the free trial.
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region; the exact price for your store is always shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of the plan you selected.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If you buy a subscription while a free trial is running, the unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the app or its servers; use it to build a competing service; or circumvent its request limits or subscription checks. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive or automated.
Photograph only yourself, or someone who has agreed to it.
Availability
Readings may be composed entirely on your device when the network or our service is unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the online voice, and we may change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service.
Disclaimer and liability
Mystic Lens is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You are responsible for any decision you make. Do not make decisions based on a fortune-telling app.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
